Our Junior Golf Camps are the perfect way for your junior golfer to play golf, make new friends, and have fun!
Our Mission is to create a safe learning environment and provide a solid core of golf skills and knowledge so our campers will come away from this experience with a love for the game that will last a lifetime.

The Junior Golf Camps are split into 2 different playing abilities – Beginner & Intermediate skill levels. Your camp selection should be more about golf skills rather than age.
Each Camp Includes:
- 3 Days / 12 Hours of Golf Instruction

Space is limited to 15 juniors per camp.
This camp is designed for beginner golfers who will learn and develop basic golfing skills and concepts in a fun, safe place while being introduced to the game.

This highly intensive golf camp, for ages 10 – 16, aims to improve basic golfing skills through instruction & on course management through accompanied golf course play.
Each junior in the Intermediate Camp will have the opportunity to receive a Junior Golfer Certification that will allow the junior to play at RaNic unaccompanied by an adult.

We will be offering an opportunity for all Junior Golfers in the Intermediate Camp to earn a Junior Golfer Certification. Passing this test will allow the Junior to reserve tee times & play on the golf course without the usual required parental supervision.
The test will consist of the basics of golf club behavior, golf course etiquette, the Rules of Golf, golf course repair, and general golf knowledge that will be covered during the Junior Camps.
During a half-hour testing environment, each Junior will have to be able to demonstrate selected covered areas and pass a written examination.
The Junior Golfer Certification is for Outdoor Play only and is an additional $25.
We also offer a free Junior Golfer Simulator Certification as part of our Winter Simulator Workshops.

Instruction Ratio: 1:5 or better.
Proper Golf Attire: All juniors must follow RaNic’s Dress Code for proper golf attire.
Behavior: RaNic reserves the right to remove any junior from the camp who refuses to follow camp rules. Camp Rules include no fighting, no swearing, no stealing, no insubordination towards instructors, no intentional destruction of property, and no putting others in harm’s way.
Daily Lunch & Snack: RaNic will provide healthy options each day for each camper. We generally will not allow sugary drinks or candy as options, and will always have bottled water available so juniors can stay hydrated.
Inclement Weather: Camp will always proceed as scheduled unless the weather is extreme. In the event of extreme weather, the camp will take place indoors using our golf simulators.
What To Bring:
- Golf Clubs
- RaNic offers Bag Storage for the 3 days. We will store all sets in our Bag Room and have them set up and ready for each day of camp.
- Proper clothing for the day’s weather, like rain gear, jackets, or hats.
- Any needed medication and/or needed sunscreen.
Private Golf Lessons
Private lessons for Junior Golfers are available from our Golf Professional – Athena Collins. Athena offers discounted pricing & packages for Junior Golfers, along with Group Lessons.
Instructional Clinics & Camps
RaNic offers both Junior Golf Summer Camps & Winter Simulator Workshops on our indoor golf simulators! All of RaNic’s Junior Golf programs are open to both club members & non-members.
Junior Golfer Certification
The Junior Golfer Certification allows the junior to use both indoor and outdoor golf facilities without adult supervision. The Outdoor Golf Certification costs $25, The Simulator Certification is Free.
Discounted Golf Rates
RaNic offers Discounted Golf Rates for all Junior Golfers! Rates apply to ages 17 and under. Walking Only unless can provide a valid NYS DL.
Junior Golf Membership
Our Junior Golf Memberships include all Greens Fees, discounts on merchandise and golf simulators, and food & beverage discounts.
Golf Tournaments & Events
RaNic hosts many events throughout the year that are open to Junior Golfers! You don’t need to be a member to play in any “open” event!
