Jamie was born and raised in Horseheads, NY. Now 32, he now lives with his wife Shelby in Ithaca, NY. As a kid following his Dad Joey on the PGA Tour, he started playing the game and developed a love for all things golf early in life. He competed at Horseheads High School(2003-08), and went on to play for The Ohio State University and earn his BA of Economics (2008-12). After finding success on the amateur level, he turned professional in the fall of 2012, and has competed in over 300 professional events across the Korn Ferry Tour, Mackenzie Tour- PGA Tour Canada, State Opens, The Minor League Golf Tour, and other “Mini Tours”, achieving 23 wins. Away from golf he enjoys fishing, hiking, cooking, and the outdoors, and loves to talk all sports!

“I’m absolutely thrilled for the opportunity to provide high-level instruction and a fantastic golf experience to golfers of all skill level here at RaNic. I have always loved teaching golf, and over my time in golf and as a professional I have had access to some of the best players, teachers and coaches in today’s game, and I am eager to pass along knowledge to help golfers learn about their game, shoot lower scores, and ultimately enjoy the game more. Having always called the Finger Lakes home, there is a feeling of pride for me when it comes to Central New York golf, and I am excited to help build on that legacy here at RaNic! I am looking forward to meeting all the current and future members, and representing everyone in a positive fashion”- Jamie Sindelar
