Our Team

Athena has been a Golf Professional for 10 years, and is currently working on her goals to become a Class A Member of the LPGA. She started her golf career as the 2nd Assistant Golf Professional at Olde Point Country Club in Hampstead, North Carolina. She then went on to work as the 1st Assistant for Porters Neck Country Club in Wilmington, North Carolina, and The Bayou Club in Largo, Florida.

Athena has extensive experience in club management and teaching golf. She is very passionate about developing junior golfers and has managed Junior Golf Camps and other Junior Golf Programs, and served on the Resource Development Committee for The Boys & Girls Club of America. She is also very dedicated to women’s golf programs. She co-chaired several Women’s Golf Week events, and served on the Golf Education & Player Development Committee for the EWGA (Executive Women’s Golf Association), along with being a Team Captain for their annual match play tournament.
